Choose the right signature

Use two fingers to reduce or enlarge the placement. Resize down from a clear source instead of enlarging a low-quality capture.

Review at page scale
Zoom back out, inspect the whole page, and export only when the signature looks proportionate to the surrounding text.

A natural-looking size
- Match the height of nearby handwriting or the signature box.
- Leave a little breathing room around descenders and flourishes.
- Adjust copied placements separately when page layouts differ.
Questions
Can I move a signature after adding it?
Yes. Select the placement and drag it before exporting the signed PDF.
Why does the signature look blurry when enlarged?
The source capture may be too small or soft. Re-scan it clearly and resize down rather than up.
