How PDF Sign & Scan handles app data, documents, signatures, purchases, and device permissions.

Thank you for choosing to use the PDF Sign & Scan: Fill Forms mobile application (“App”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
1Information We Collect
We build the App with privacy in mind. You are not required to create an account, and we do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the App.
Information that may be collected automatically includes:
- Device Data: We may collect non-personal technical information about the device you use to access the App, such as device model, operating system version, App version, language, and device identifiers.
- Usage and Diagnostic Data: We may collect limited information about subscription events, purchase status, performance, and technical errors. This information helps us maintain the App’s stability, functionality, and purchase access.
2Third-Party Services
To provide and maintain the App, we use third-party services that may collect and process certain information according to their own privacy policies:

3Documents and Local Storage
Documents, scanned pages, imported files, saved signatures, and edits created through the App are stored locally on your device. We do not upload the contents of your documents or signatures to our servers.
The App may request access to your camera, photos, files, Face ID, and notifications when required for features you choose to use. Biometric authentication is handled by Apple’s operating system, and the App does not receive or store your biometric data.
If you uninstall the App, locally stored data may be permanently deleted unless it has been included in your device’s native backup system, such as iCloud Backup.
4In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.
Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card or billing information. Subscription status and purchase information are validated and managed through RevenueCat.
5Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
6Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted.
