Welcome to the PDF Sign & Scan: Fill Forms mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1Description of Service
The App allows users to scan documents, import PDF files and images, create and save signatures, place and resize signatures on documents, and export or share completed PDF files.
The App is a document editing and signing tool. It does not verify the identity or authority of any signer and does not guarantee that a signature or document will be legally valid or accepted by any person, company, authority, or jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the App meets your legal and contractual requirements.
2In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Free Trials: Where offered, a subscription will automatically renew at the displayed subscription price unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings ↗ after purchase.
- Pricing: Available subscription periods, prices, and trial offers are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s standard App Store policies ↗. We do not process refunds directly.
3Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to its software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and user interface, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the documents, images, signatures, and other content you import or create using the App.
4User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Create, alter, or sign documents fraudulently or without proper authorization.
- Use another person’s signature without their permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the source code of the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
You are solely responsible for the documents and other content you create, edit, sign, export, or share through the App.
5Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of documents, signatures, data, profits, or revenues, resulting from your access to or use of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important documents and verifying exported files before relying on or sharing them.
6Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
