Correct exceptions
Some pages use a different signature line. Move or resize those placements individually rather than assuming every page is identical.

Review, then export
Check every marked page at readable zoom. Export only after the signature sits inside each intended field.

- Only sign pages that actually require your signature.
- Check rotated or differently sized pages separately.
- A flattened export is convenient, but it is not a certificate-based digital signature.
Questions
Can I add the same signature to every page?
Yes, but do so only when every page genuinely requires it. Copying placement is fastest when page layouts match.
Can I resize one copied signature without changing the others?
Yes. Each placement can be moved or resized on its own page.
