Sign the first page
Open the PDF, choose a saved signature, and set its position and size on the first required page.

Move through the PDF
Use the page strip to visit each signature page. Add the signature again or copy the selected placement to the other pages when the same position fits.

Correct exceptions
Some pages use a different signature line. Move or resize those placements individually rather than assuming every page is identical.

Review, then export
Check every marked page at readable zoom. Export only after the signature sits inside each intended field.

Scan it once. Place it carefully. Send the signed copy from your iPhone.

Only sign pages that actually require your signature.
Check rotated or differently sized pages separately.
A flattened export is convenient, but it is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Can I add the same signature to every page?

Yes, but do so only when every page genuinely requires it. Copying placement is fastest when page layouts match.

Can I resize one copied signature without changing the others?

Yes. Each placement can be moved or resized on its own page.
