Create the signature
Open Settings, choose Manage Signatures, tap plus, and scan your signature from paper or draw it on screen.

Name it clearly
Use a label that distinguishes full signatures, initials, or a signature you are authorized to keep for someone else.

Choose it while editing
Open a PDF, tap Sign, and select the saved signature from the picker.

Manage the library
Export a signature as PNG or delete signatures you no longer need. A signature in use by saved documents must be removed from those documents first.

Treat it like a sensitive file
- Enable the app lock if other people use your device.
- Delete signatures you no longer need.
- Do not share a transparent signature PNG unless you trust the destination.
Questions
Can I save initials separately?
Yes. Save each signature or set of initials with a distinct name so you can choose the right one later.
Can I protect the signature library?
The app offers an optional Face ID or device-authentication lock in Settings.
